Mr. Pachl is a consultant paediatric surgeon with specialist interests in minimally invasive surgery (MIS) especially neonatal and oncology surgery, simulation and vascular access.
His research interests include MIS and augmented reality surgery in paediatric oncology and general surgery
Mr. Pachl graduated in medicine at the University of Manchester in 2001. He undertook higher paediatric surgery training in 2007 in Sheffield and subsequently Birmingham and Bristol children’s hospitals. In 2013 he undertook a 12 month fellowship in minimal access (keyhole) surgery at Great Ormond Street Hospital where he obtained expert skills in paediatric and neonatal laparoscopy and thoracoscopy.
