1996 – Graduated from the School of Medicine of the Federal University of Pará 2002 – Residency in Neurosurgery at the Federal University of the State of São Paulo (UNIFESP) 2004 – Master’s in Neurosurgery from UNIFESP 2006 - Clinical and Research Fellowship, Department of Neurosurgery, University of Frankfurt, Germany Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS) International Fellowship Award (2006). 2007 – Fellowship in Vascular Neurosurgery and Skull Base, Barrow Neurological Institute (BNI), Phoenix-AZ-USA 2010 Ph.D. degree in Neurology from the School of Medicine of the University of São Paulo, in cooperation with the University of Frankfurt, Germany Professor of Neurosurgery at the School of Medical Sciences of Santa Casa de São Paulo since 2017 Member of the World Federation of Neurological Societies (WFNS), member of the Education and Training Committee since 2017 Member of the Brazilian Society of Neurosurgery (SBN) since 2002. Currently the Secretary General of this organization Author of over 60 papers and book chapters in Neurosurgery. Member of the editorial board and ad-hoc reviewer of several national and international scientific journals. Experience in neurosurgery, mostly neuro-oncology (CNS tumors, gliomas, meningiomas, schwannomas, skull base tumors and metastases), care, education and research.
